Pasta is a general term for food basically made from unleavened dough of buckwheat or wheat, flour and water whereas macaroni is a type of dry pasta. There are over 600 pasta shapes, each with a delicious purpose. Long pasta, short pasta, pasta that can be stuffed, pasta for soups- the uses for pasta are endless! In recent years, as the popularity of pastas has continued to grow within the market in China. Macaroni is a moderately extended dry pasta made from durum wheat, usually cut into short, hollow shapes. Moreover, macaroni is usually produced commercially by large-scale extrusion.
The full-automatic macaroni pasta production line is used to produce pasta of all types. It is capable of manufacturing a wide variety of pastas, simply by changing the mold, it can also produce other types and different shapes as well. It can achieve multiple uses in one machine and has a very wide range of applications. The machine is highly versatile and ideally suitable for small and medium-sized food processing plants.
The automatic Macaroni Pasta Production Line is mainly composed of a feeding system, an extrusion system, a cutting system, a heating system, a transmission system, and a control system composition. The functions of each part are as follows:
1. Feeding system
The feeding system includes engine, screw, mixer and machine frame, which are installed on the main engine, screw feeding; the quantity is adjustable. The mixing wing is used to prevent the material from being inside, but the roll is empty; there is no material accumulation, no shutdown, with fast speed and excellent effect.
2. Extrusion system
The mixing, cutting, extrusion and other processes are used to make the materials mature at low temperatures, and the rollers and screws are strictly temperatures controlled to meet the material requirements. Therefore, stable production can be carried out according to the shape of the food so that the material is easy to come out and will not be adhesive to the knife.
3. Cutting system
Including an engine, a rack, a cutter, and a transmission system. The rack is fixed on the head of the mold and rotates and cuts materials driven by the pulley. The speed depends on the product type.
4. Heating system
The heating system is divided into five zones, and the heating temperature can be adjusted separately. When the extruder starts extrusion production, the barrel is heated, which can make the food heating conditions better.
5. Transmission system
The transmission system adopts frequency conversion speed regulation technology, which is reliable in adjustment. The power from the host is transmitted to the screw through the V-belt and reducer.
6. Control system
The control system can centrally control all host parts, with simple operation and as well with automatic protection instruments and dashboards.
In addition to the above systems mentioned, the pasta production equipment has a new design, namely a vacuum pump. In fact, for producing pasta, the most challenging part is that the inevitable bubbles and air inside. That problem can be solved with a vacuum pump; then, air can be extracted from the feed part. Consequently, there will be no air and bubbles inside the pasta. Furthermore, there is a vacuum pump; the finished product is not fragile, with a pleasant smell and beautiful color.
The oven is used to dry pastas. The moisture in the food from the extruder is about 12-18%. After the drying process, the moisture can be reduced to below 8%, which is convenient for long-term storage. There are several cooling fans on the uphill, which help to cool the products before they enter the oven so that the final extruded product is of better quality.
With a heating system and a conveying system, sometimes there is also a blower in order to quickly dry the food according to the situation, and the heating method is electric heating. Heated by the heating tube and air flow, the moisture in the food can be removed. The belt is driven by the chain, and the motor is driven by the sensor, so the work is consistently stable.
